How I Became Involved in the Anti-Aging Business

My own personal program of health improvement began at about age twelve. I became obese after my parents divorced. I was also diagnosed with high blood pressure.
At first my interest was to solve these major health problems. An interest in anti-aging only developed as I aged. Later, I realized that much of what I had done for my own health dramatically slowed my own aging.
In 2003, I published the most comprehensive book ever written about anti-aging strategies, many are 30-50 years ahead of their time.

Strategy # Two: Vibration Exercise - The Dumbest Thing I've Heard Of
My partner in Anti-Aging Vibes is Brian Lewallen. I ran all over him on the football field in the late 60's when he played for Notre Dame and I played for Pitt (LOL).
One and a half years ago, Brian, a large exercise equipment manufacturer, introduced me to a vibration platform that he brought in from China.
"What are you supposed to do with this," I asked. He wasn't really sure.
Now, I'm a hard-core exercise guy and have a PhD from the Temple University School of Medicine in Physiology, specializing in exercise physiology. The idea of standing on a vibration platform for exercise had me laughing hysterically.
